NEW POWERS TO TACKLE ASB – ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR, CRIME AND POLICING ACT 2014
 
On 20 October 2014, parts two to six of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 came into effect.  They will streamline the powers available to deal with anti-social behaviour by reducing them from 19 powers to six. REVISED GUIDANCE ISSUED UNDER S 182 LICENSING ACT 2003
 
This guidance, which came into force from 13 October 2014, is provided to licensing authorities in relation to the carrying out of their functions under the 2003 Act.
