PIZZA FEATURE — CHICKEN MARSALA PIZZA
Chicken, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes with a creamy, cheesy Marsala sauce on our beer-infused pizza dough. $12

ENTRÉE FEATURE 1 — SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE IN LOBSTER CREAM SAUCE
Mussels, bay scallops, and shrimp served with fettuccine in a lobster cream sauce. Served with torta bread. $18

ENTRÉE FEATURE 2 — SWEET AND SPICY GARLIC BBQ RIBS

Ribs slow-roasted with Otto's root beer, then finished on the char grill with a sweet and spicy garlic BBQ sauce. Served with beer-battered fries and the vegetable of the day. $15

Brewery Update

Don't miss our newest "Cork & Cage" Series:

“Cork & Cage” Series #6: Cornucopia
The fall harvest is a time of bounteous fecundity, where many fruits, vegetables, and grains ripen at this time before the imminent arrival of harsh weather. Otto's 6th Cork and Cage series attempts to replicate this celebration by incorporating many of these festive ingredients. An abundance of pumpkins, along with apples, sweet corn, malted sunflower seeds, buckwheat, brown sugar, and fresh hops were blended into this seasonal wheat beer, creating a "cornucopia in a bottle". Atypical of many seasonal harvest beers, no spices were used, which results in an ale that highlights its fresh ingredients. Celebrate the autumn festival with us and a have a Cornucopia today.
