Central Zone Indoor Soccer
January 24 - March 28, 2015
This is co-ed, no-cut recreational soccer for players ages 3 to 10. All teams get t-shirts, tournament games, and medals.
Dates & Times: Saturdays, 9-4pm

Beginner Yoga
January 14- March 4th, 2015
Learn the key benefits of yoga: balance, strength, improved mobility, reduced stress and increased awareness. Be encouraged by a safe and supportive space to explore your inner terrain!

Heritage Community Improv Ensemble

(3rd Thursday of the month)
These free evening drop-in improv nights will promote the skills of improvisation: listening, accepting, supporting, and expressing. Join our artists in residence for an evening of learning and fun! All are welcome.

In partnership with the Regina Public Library, this free educational class is open to parents and little ones under the age of three. These drop-in mornings are full of songs, rhymes, bounces, and fun!
