I am excited to announce that Green Camps Initiative is sprouting and well on it's way to grow into an organization that will positively impact the camp community.

For the past three years I have been working to develop the concept of Green Camps Initiative into a sustainable business model to benefit all that are involved from camps to community members to sponsors and beyond.

Green Camps Initiative Website

Development of the Green Camps Website will be key in the success of the operation of GCI by creating an online community of camps with a desire to implement change in their community. As it stands the website is fully functional, but there are many components which will continue to be developed as additional funding becomes available. I encourage you to visit the website to learn more about Green Camps Initiative and gain a sense of the potential impact it will have in helping advance our mission and goals.

On November 1st, Green Camps Initiative will submit a proposal to become a project of Community Partners. If accepted this partnership will allow GCI to focus on development while Community Partners provides fiscal sponsorship.
