Dear Parents and members of Summer Drama Team 2013:
We are so excited! Saturday is almost here. We have truly seen God perform some miracles for us in the last 2 weeks, and we can not wait to share the details with you!
Our staff is looking forward to your arrival between 3-5 pm. We will be glad to pick you up at the Greenville/Spartanburg Airport, the Greenville, SC, Greyhound Bus or AmTrak Train Station. Get those details to us now by email if you haven't already. If it has been approved for you to come to Training Camp later than June 8, please email those details to us as well.
Training Camp Opening: The official Opening Ceremony for Training Camp 2013 begins Saturday evening, June 8th, at 7 pm. in the THE ACADEMY OF ARTS Logos Theatre. Of course, parents are welcomed and encouraged to stay for this important time. There will also be a brief Parent's Meeting during that time period as well. A Parent's Packet will be distributed to all the parents.
A Stewardship Update will be emailed tonight in a separate email. Many of you have been accepted within the last month. Please remember that we will work with each team member on an individual basis. If you were accepted before March, all of your support should be raised. Make sure that you bring the remaining balance with you to Training Camp. Make sure that you have your Medical Release & Information and your Insurance Information with you when you arrive on Saturday if you have not sent it to us already.
