Giving Back
From p:ear volunteer extraordinare Maria Winner:
Through p:ear, young people in need of respect, guidance and a feeling of home get some of what they need. It is also a program where lay people such as myself can feel like they are making a bit of a difference. And it is also a place where people such as myself can meet and become friends with beautifully minded and giving people.
I am getting as much from my involvement with p:ear as I am giving.

Rec Adventures!
Youth headed out with Adventures Without Limits to explore Scappoose Bay on kayaks with Rec Director Nate. p:ear's summer schedule will start the first full week of June with p:ear being closed on Fridays for weekly rec trips. |
