St. Peters VolunteersVolunteers Make A Big Difference!

In 2012, 221 volunteers combined to provide 7,999 hours of service to the City of
St. Peters—a value of almost $60,000 to taxpayers! Several special St. Peters volunteers earned 2012 Presidents’ Award Volunteer Service Awards. From regular office positions to special events, the City of St. Peters has plenty of volunteer opportunities. We’re putting together a list of volunteers right now to help with our Celebrate St. Peters 2013 event on Sept. 20 & 21. St. Peters also offers special volunteer projects for organizations. For example, one local group recently helped plant trees to stabilize a stream bank.

St. Peters Summer Camp to keep your child active this summer. Try Activities Camps or Sports Camps at the Rec-Plex, or get creative with Art Experience Camps at the Cultural Arts Centre. If your child loves golfing, you can also check out Junior Golf Leagues at St. Peters Golf Course this summer.
