Just like a midget coated in sugar.
Getting a wee bit loopy
I've spent just about every spare minute of the last six weeks involved in basement renovations.  This has resulted in two things:
  • the fumes may--just possibly--have made me a little dotty in the head.  Not that I haven't had a good start in that direction for quite some time already.
  • I have had no time to put together a proper newsletter.  Nor an improper one, for that matter.
However, I have two time-sensitive things to mention, so you get the reduced-calorie newsletter today.  Hey, it can't always be cookies and ice cream, can it?

Thing #1
TOMORROW, May 31, is the LAST DAY to take advantage of the "Body by the Best" massage and fitness package.
The no-time-to-essplain-so-let-me-sum-up details:
          ~ cost is $260 (a savings of $50+)
~ you get four half-hour personal training sessions with Brady Worster (voted Best of the Boat this year and the woman who has been gently and respectfully kicking my ass twice a week since January)
~ you ALSO get four half-hour massages with moi
~ you do not have to be a member of Anytime Fitness to sign up for this

Even if you've got an exercise regime, a quick stint with a personal trainer is a good way to fine-tune what you're doing, get some new ideas, or take it to the next level.  Alternatively, if you're having trouble finding a little motivation (like me!), this is a great way to experiment and see if a personal trainer is right for you.  I am beyond impressed with Brady's support, encouragement, and level of knowledge, and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Interested?  Contact Anytime Fitness at 970-875-1130 to sign up.

Thing #2
Father's Day is coming up.
Dads love massages.
I have gift certificates available.  (You can even buy 'em online now and have me mail 'em out.)

You do the math.

(And if he fusses?  Send him to me and I'll explain how it'll help his golf swing.  Or his headaches.  Or his stiff, achy low back.  Or any number of other things.  If you're lucky, he'll return the favor with a gift certificate in the not-so-distant future.)

Th-th-th-that's all, folks!
Toldja it was short and sweet.  Now I'm going to go back to contemplating how I ever thought that the current decision regarding the basement floor would take less time than my initial decision.  *sigh*

Happy spring, folks.  Get out there and enjoy some.

Be well, and I hope to see you soon.
