US Institute of Peace Launches Sheikha Fatima Lectureship Series
The United States Institute of Peace (USIP), through a generous donation from HH Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Al Ketbi, recently hosted the inaugural Sheikha Fatima Lecture which highlighted women as “Messengers of Peace.” The event featured HE Noura Al Kaabi, CEO, twofour54 ; Abigail Disney, filmmaker; Margo Wallstrom, former Special Representative to the UN Secretary-General on Sexual Conflict in Conflict and Tara Sonenshine, Undersecretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, US Department of State. Prominent Emirati Women Visit Washington and New York

UAE Embassy Continues Outreach Across the US to Deepen Cultural and Commercial Ties
Embassy diplomats recently visited Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Columbus and Akron, Ohio, and Nashville, Tennessee, where they met with local government officials, community leaders, businesses and students to educate them on the UAE-US bilateral relationship and discuss ways to enhance trade and economic activity.
