Ms. Mykala Harris!
Mykala's essay scored the highest out 28 other scholarship essays. The essay contest topic was: "Describe your leadership ability both in and outside of school." Mykala was born on 1 March 1996 and her hobbies are volunteering and mentoring. When she wants to relax, Mykala likes watching movies. Mykala graduated from Philadelphia High School for Girls in June 2013 with a 4.0 GPA. She will be attending Albright College in Reading, PA this fall. After college, Mykala aspires to be a Corporate Marketing Director.

All the applicants are amassing impressive accomplishments both in and outside of school. It was extremely difficult to choose a single winner. I really & truly wish I could have picked multiple winners. |
