QuikTrip Update
On June 13, despite opposition shown by the Underwood Hills Neighborhood Association, the Berkeley Park Neighborhood Association, and Neighborhood Planning Unit D, the Atlanta Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) has issued conditional approval of the QuikTrip parking variance application for additional parking. QT must still submit an SAP application with the City Planning Department but the variance approval is one less hurdle for QT.
Any individual may file an appeal to the Fulton County Superior Court within 30 days of the BZA decision.
In the June 25th NPU-D meeting, a resolution was passed protesting the BZA ruling on the QuikTrip parking variance. Click on the link for the full NPU-D Quick Trip resolution.

U-12-02: 2420 Fisher Avenue - Special use permit for a Biosolids recovered material processing facility. Deferred to July but the NPU does anticipated any voting on this in July on this highly debated special use permit.

Z-13-018- Applicant seeks rezoning to allow for a future land subdivision. Deferred to July.
