Tula Adventure Sports and Sea DA Yachts
(two of our great new businesses operating at Marina Shores)
Tula Adventure Sports invites you to come out and play with us this summer. We provide Sand Up Paddleboard (SUP) tours, lessons, rentals, and sales; as well as Kayak rentals, and kiteboard, wakeboard and water-ski lessons. Stop by our shop, grand opening June 19 th, to see the latest in SUP equipment, board accessories, apparel, and basic essentials for fun in the sun, such as hats, sun-glasses, and sun block. Tula Adventure Sports’ SUP tours are a great way for friends and family to enjoy the water and wildlife of the back bay. Other activities include birthday parties, celebrations, corporate morale paddles, workout paddles, and ladies paddles to catch the sunset on the water. Tula Adventures Sports is also the headquarters for the Virginia Beach Chapter of the SUP Cleanup Organization (www.supcleanup.com). We will be hosting monthly waterway cleanup events. Paddlers of all kinds, including kayak and canoe enthusiasts are invited to join us in the effort. We are so proud to be the ONLY Marina in the Hampton Roads area to have locked piers!
Please keep your gate keys with you, do not prop the locked gates open, AND do not climb the fence.
New late payment policy.
Please read below:
Wet slip and dry storage rents are due on the 1st of the month, and considered late after the 5th.
Late fees of 15% will be applied to your account after the 5th of each month.
Effective June 1, 2010, boats will be red tagged and unavailable for your use if rental and late fees are unpaid as of the 15th of the month.
On the 15th your boat will be red tagged and a $50 red tag fee will be charged to your account.

Rules and regulations:
Our rules and regulations have been updated to include the new pier security gates, picnic & charcoal grill patios, and E-Dock slip usage by our dry storage members. Please review the attached Marina Shores Rules and Regulations form. Within the next couple of weeks, you will receive a copy of the new rules. Please sign them and return the white copy to the Marina. Retain the yellow copy for your records. The new rules and regulations went into effect June 1, 2010. We hope you enjoy the new amenities. Thank you for returning the form at your earliest convenience.
