The  Conference Programme of the 2013 Service Design Global Conference is now available! More than 40 speakers from different countries and industries will gather in Cardiff to talk about this year's theme Transformation Through Service Design. This year's keynote speaker John Mathers, CEO, Design Council

The CEO of the UK Design Council will give an overview of the growing recognition of the value of service design in the UK. John will take SDN members through examples of the Design Council's work in the area of service design, particularly for social challenges. Find more about Members programme!

Wim is the Manager Customer Intelligence & Brand Management at Delta Lloyd Group. With many years of experience, he has a great understanding of customer relationship marketing.

Erik Roscam Abbing: Zilver Innovation
Erik is the founder of Zilver Innovation, a consultancy agency based in Rotterdam, NL. Also, Erik is the author of Brand Driven Innovation (AVA, 2010) and initiator of the documentary 'Design the new Business'.
