After months of shipping and impatient waiting, the micro-lot Colombia Risaralda finally arrived at our doors. In order to get acquainted with our new coffee we roasted and cupped it. We tasted tart blackberry, citrus and cashew, and detected a pleasant body and acidity. We’re excited to announce that this coffee will be available for purchase online next week, July 23rd!

Improve Your Barista Skills

Want to learn how to make better espresso, steam microfoam milk, or pour amazing latte art? Sign up for an espresso training class on the True Stone website. Summer finally arrived! Celebrate Minnesota’s weather extremes with a tall glass of iced coffee. Here are two ways to enjoy summer’s tastiest beverage:

1. Make your own cold press concentrate. We’re partial to Toddy brewers, but there are lots of recipes online that don’t require fancy gadgets. Check out Pioneer Woman's article on preparing a great iced coffee. Our signature True Stone Blend makes great cold press, but any of your favorite coffees will be delicious too.
