CEEDAR Spotlight
The CEEDAR Center has a stellar team of people who dedicate their lives to helping students with disabilities and the teachers and administrators who teach them.  The monthly CEEDAR spotlight allows you to get to know one of our team members better.

Knowledge Development Tools

A part of the CEEDAR Center’s charge is to identify policy and evidence-based practices that lead to the improvement of educator licensure standards, the integration of evidence-based practices in the content of teacher and leader professional learning systems–in initial preparation and ongoing professional development. To do this, the Center solicited the assistance of scholars in the field who are developing literature syntheses, Innovation Configurations which operationalize best practices in program and course development, Reform Rubrics to strengthen systems change efforts, and a review of 325T program redesign projects funded by OSEP.

These teams of scholars are working diligently to identify practices and determine the level of evidence provided to support their use. Currently, the teams are finalizing their syntheses and reviews to undergo a peer review process. We are excited to be compiling relevant and timely information that will be disseminated in useful ways. Please look forward to products being made available in the coming months.
