Nova Scotia Talent Trust
September 16, 2013

Dear <<First Name>>,

Today we want to celebrate our 45 Scholarship Recipients 2013. Congratulations to all!

A big thank you goes to our volunteer jury members of professional artists that spend many hours reviewing the applications (101 this year) and meet three times a year to help us support these outstanding Nova Scotia emerging artists.

Thank you as well to the Creative Nova Scotia Leadership Council that is supporting five named scholarships with $2,000 each through the NS Arts Endowment Fund. We are glad to present the Nova Scotia Arts Endowment Fund Scholarships to Gwyneth Christoffel (Film), Breagh Mackinnon (Music), Isaac Fresia, (Visual Art), Amanda Schlamp (Visual Art), and Aquila Gibbons (Dance).

Kind regards,
Jacqueline Steudler                   director(at)nstalenttrust.ns.ca, www.nstalenttrust.ns.ca, or NSTT Foundation

Throughout the evening meet with different agencies and match your skills to their needs. Once you have made your matches, you are eligible to bid on artwork. The big twist is rather than bid money, you bid volunteer hours. If you have the winning bid you have 12 months to complete your pledge before bringing the artwork home as a reminder of your goodwill. Early bird tickets are $10 (tax included). Get Tickets here.
