Residency wraps up with exhibition. New beginnings as rmooc reinvents to go beyond the res.

new beginnings. rmooc reinvents

The Reconsidering Reconciliation arts residency officially wrapped up yesterday. An amazing exhibition opening replete with performances and significant contributions from all participants. The pervasive thinking was that this is creating a new kind of approach to working collaboratively on such deeply important issues.
But rmooc will not be wrapping up as we say goodbye to Kamloops as there is still much to do! Events are heating up for the TRC national gathering in Vancouver where several of the recon artists are represented. And there will be several events that we will address from our remote 'correspondents' over the next six weeks of rmooc.

Adrian Stimson, as Buffalo Boy, invades the Reconsidering Reconciliation exhibition at the TRU Art Gallery and declares war. This is the start of something big. Watch for BB and other performances on rmooc and elsewhere.
