Arm Balance Prowess

I'm really excited about the new workshop I've created to help students rock out the most fundamental arm balance: crow pose a.k.a. "Bakasana".
In "Bakasana Like a Boss", we'll practice the shape on our back, on blocks, with straps, and with friends. We'll face the fear of falling and give it the middle finger. We'll even practice baby bakasana, side crow and transitioning into bakasana with a leap, and out of bakasana like a canon.
