Dining with the Artist

Downtown Holiday Inn, Sky Room

Dining with the Artist is an annual event hosted by the Fresno Arts Council in downtown Fresno. This fun filled evening includes a unique opportunity to dine with local artist who are invited to serve as special guests at each table for an evening of stimulating conversation about the arts. The evening also includes live entertainment and auction items which include a vast array of original art.

Fresno Arts Council Gallery

On display in the Fresno Arts Council Gallery: Alliance of California Artists. The Alliance of Califorani Artists is established to privide an organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the arts and artitsts: and to give instruction in and to encourage the production, cultivation, exhibition and dissemination of contemporary art.

The International Childrenâ€™s Painting Competition on the Environment is organized every year by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the Japan-based Foundation for Global Peace and Environment (FGPE), Bayer and Nikon Corporation.

The Fresno Arts Council (FAC) is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1979 under the name of the â€œAlliance for the Artsâ€ by local artists, arts organizations and interested individuals who wished to create a voice for the arts in the Central San Joaquin Valley.
