We are sub-leasing 1 BDRM with shared bathroom in a magnificent 3700 sq ft home with view of La Costa golf course, lagoon and ocean. This house is located in a very, quiet neighborhood in Carlsbad right off La Costa Ave.

We are looking for a spiritually minded, mature, quiet housemate to share our beautiful, private, peaceful home. This is a 5 BDRM house with large loft for yoga and huge kitchen for creating healthy meals. Requirements are a non-smoker, health conscious and community-oriented individual. No PETS. Professional, employed and good references.
