2. Choose and complete one of September’s activities.
3. Library staff will validate September’s guidebook coupon for a pass to attend NCPL day at MAPS Air Museum FREE October 19. FREE!

It's an encore to our film series! Friday, September 13, we're partnering with the North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce to show The Goonies in Bitzer Park. Bring a date or your family. Buy dinner from the Stone Pelican Rolling Cafe food truck and enjoy live music from oldies band, The Legends, beginning at 7 p.m.
Bitzer Park is the green area next to the North Canton YMCA.

We will be hosting a community involvement fair Saturday, November 16. The fair aims to help community members find a volunteer or service opportunity that is a great match for them. The library averages 750 patrons through our doors each day, and we'd love to introduce those people to your organization as they begin to look for ways to "give back" during the upcoming holiday season. If your organization would like a free table at this event, please email ccooper@northcantonlibrary.org to register.

One of the attendees of our party to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the release of Harry Potter and Sorcerer's Stone, exclaimed this while waiting in line to spend her galleons at our Honeydukes candy store.
We are honored to have been one of 15 libraries nationwide to have been chosen as a winner of Scholastic’s Harry Potter Public Library Contest. Scholastic, the U.S. publisher of the Harry Potter series, invited libraries to submit their ideas for a party that would introduce Harry to the next generation of readers. August 27, 2013 marked the 15th anniversary of the first U.S. publication of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, the first book in the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling.
Safe to say that it was one of our favorite nights ever too.
