CVWMA's electronics recycling program helps citizens properly dispose of unwanted equipment instead of landfilling them where they could cause soil, water or air contamination. CVWMA and select member governments have coordinated the listed electronics recycling opportunities for residents in central Virginia.

ACCEPTED ITEMS and FEES
Most anything with a plug is accepted at no charge, but a $7 charge will be collected for televisions.  Televisions require special handling due to the leaded glass and mercury they contain.

Visit electronics recycling for an updated list of acceptable and unacceptable items and fees where applicable.
