Welcome!

The goal of this newsletter is to connect with you and help with your grant seeking, training, capacity building and/or managing.  We've included many useful resources, but it's not the same as personal attention.  If you'd like some one-on-one consultation, just click reply and send us a message.  We'd love to help your organization get the money it needs to succeed!
New for fall!
As hot summer days end and cool fall events beckon, our thoughts shift to more routine, fundraising plans and focus. Changes in seasons are welcomed, and a reminder of changes in our work, play and life. We embrace change, and view it as normal for our consulting firm that often is reframing, recharging and continuing our journey as entrepreneurs. One of the changes that Butler Consulting celebrates is the opportunity to serve new clients throughout the country in our far-reaching network, expanding list of services and never-ending quest to serve nonprofits.

Butler Consulting offers consultation on accreditation and certification of agencies

Based on Butler Consulting’s experience and expertise, President Linda G. Butler, MSW, ACSW, LISW-S, is highlighting consultation on accreditation and certification of agencies. Currently, we are working with The Woodlands in Newark, Ohio to assist with re-accreditation via Council on Accreditation (COA). By reviewing policies and procedures, this process encourages organizations to update, grow and reflect current trends in social services. In order to receive Medicaid or Medicare, agencies must be accredited or certified by entities such as COA, Joint Commission or Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).  Butler Consulting has successfully assisted numerous organizations through all these accreditations or certifications.
