On behalf of our partners, I have pleasure in inviting you to attend our first stakeholder event on Monday 30 September in Edinburgh.

This event will be attended by senior stakeholders from the Public and Voluntary sectors and those involved with delivering the national Public Social Partnership: “Shine” Women’s Mentoring Service. The forum and Q&A session will:

• Outline the aims of Shine women's mentoring service and its early actions;
• Provide an opportunity to hear from experts/partners involved;
• Provide an opportunity to ask questions and network with those involved.

I am pleased to confirm that Kenny MacAskill MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and The Right Hon Dame Elish Angiolini DBE QC, Chair of the Commission on Women Offenders will each attend and deliver a short address. Other speakers will represent some of the delivery partners.
