Amsterdam shuttle: launch of paperless customs concept

The partners of the PSA Antwerp – Amsterdam shuttle are proud to announce that, as from end of August 2013, the Amsterdam bound import containers now benefit from a paperless cross-border customs concept.

Since June 2012 PSA Antwerp, CT Vrede, MCT Lucassen and Portmade are offering a barge shuttle product between PSAA terminals Q913, Q869, Q1742 and Q420 and both CT Vrede locations in Amsterdam and Zaandam. In our continuous efforts to improve the service offering of this product a new milestone has been achieved: since end of August 2013 containers that are being transported via this barge shuttle now benefit from a cross-border paperless customs concept, unique in its kind.
