whilst some of us are still enjoying their well-deserved summer vacation, for the rest of us the daily humdrum of working-day life has once more long become routine. I hope you enjoyed your summer break and were able to recuperate sufficiently enough to allow you to take up where you left off with fresh vigour. We used the slightly quieter holiday period to take an appraisal of our operations here, and to do a stock-check on the services we offer.
