Finding Joy In Life
As the final days of summer wane, we find ourselves feeling a bit sad about the warm sunny times with friends and family drawing to a close. Children and teachers are heading back to school and everyone is settling into thoughts of fall. As the seasons shift, we need to remind ourselves that each season brings its own joy and excitement. The fall is filled with colorful foliage, cool breezes, and family holiday fun. We need to greet the change in seasons with joy and look forward to the new experiences that lie ahead. One way of doing this is walking outside each day and taking in the sounds, sights, and scents of fall. Fall means less time outside but more quality time inside with friends and warm tea and uplifting conversation. As we move into a new season, let us carry the joy of summer with us indoors and welcome autumn as a new opportunity to create joy and delight in our lives.
Love and light,
Anysia

In response to requests from readers, I'm teaching the first "Developing Your Inner Medium Workshop" on 10/26/13 at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Toms River, NJ from 10:00am-4:00pm. The workshop will include and demonstrate all the exercises in the Mediumship Methods section from the book. Attendees will work on developing their psychic abilities and learn to reach out to their loved ones in spirit. I am very happy that the book is touching the lives of so many people and that they are using it as a manual for navigating their abilities. I look forward to meet all of you at a book event or workshop in the near future!

Audiobook Available For - Discovering The Medium Within
The audio MP3 version of the book will be available on iTunes, Amazon, CDBaby, my website, and other retailers soon. I narrated the unabridged book and it was produced by Robert Mathews. He is still working on final edits of adding music into the meditation section of the book. It should be done any day. I will be posting the links to the audiobook on social media as well as in the next issue of the newsletter. I hope you enjoy it.
