YWAM Conference
The first week of September Pepe traveled to Tijuana, MX
In YWAM (Youth with a Mission) There's a secondary level of education offered through the University of the Nations. Every 2 years, all the different heads of departments come together to meet and seek God for future vision and strategic planning. This year the event took place in Tijuana. Pepe had the privilege of attending along with over 700 participants!
The theme of the conference was "Expand Intimacy and Impact" and focused on multiplication and discipleship. It was an incredible time of seeking God, meeting with international YWAM leaders and getting God's heart for discipleship. God's been speaking some incredible and exciting things for our future and this conference was a major time of confirmation!
There was also opportunity to meet with Jose Curiel, the leader of the base where we will return to continue ministry. It was a key time to share how faithful God has been during our time in the states, and also to talk about all the preparations for our return.

Our tentative plan is to move back in early November. We're still waiting on a confirmation of Pepe's oath ceremony for citizenship, but we're pretty confident that it will happen mid-October.
We're so grateful for all that God has done in our lives this past year as we've been in the states! Now with each passing day we're getting more and more excited to head back to Mexico! Please pray for us as we transition into parenthood in the coming weeks and for God to continue giving us favor with all the paperwork necessary to move back to Mexico (Pepe's citizenship, my visa, dual citizenship for our daughter, import papers on our vehicle, etc.)
