In this section, we want to provide you with some interesting tidbits from our films, as well as updates on the people we’ve filmed (as we receive those updates, of course).

• While Darren and his crew were filming in India recently for Holy Ghost, their hosts were so frightened by what they were attempting to do that they secretly assigned a number of the members of their ministry to dress as Hindus and tail the crew everywhere they went so they could help when the inevitable attacks came.  Thankfully, God and His angels was all the protection the crew needed! (Darren was not informed of this until AFTERWARDS!)

• In Finger of God, Darren originally intended to include a scathing indictment on the church in the section with the Notre Dame Cathedral.  After a discussion with his father, though, he decided that a better course of action would be to point out the beauty of that little donation box, as opposed to spewing anger at the other excesses around it.  Thank goodness for wise counsel!

• Finger of God was originally titled, Leap of Faith.

• In every single “God film” Darren has made, the Lord told him what the final scene of each movie would be either while he was shooting or directly after he shot it.  Incidentally, almost all of those scenes were shot in the middle of the overall film shoot.
