Center Stage Wellness - Healthy News from Stacy

I miss you, Sunshine!

It's been too long.

But I wanted to share a story with you.

Last year I did an exercise with my own coach that she called the "safety container." I have since repeated this with my own clients and am fascinated by the results.

We listed out and distilled my top conditions required for feeling safe and vulnerable. They are:
  • a non-judgmental space
  • presence
  • non-defensiveness
  • accepting responsibility
This is what I strive to provide for my clients as well.

And once they are able to feel vulnerable, it's funny what we end up talking about. Like poop. Seriously. You know how your partner is tired of hearing about your digestive woes? I'm not.

It usually takes a few sessions, but the logical progression of talking about food leads to the whole digestive process.
If you've ever had tummy troubles, I invite you to check out my latest blog post. You may learn something new.

P.S. Next week I have a special offer for you. I haven't run a group program since last year (!) and it's time.
