Eating for a Sustainable Planet and Personal HealthEating for a Sustainable Planet and Personal Health, 10/10
Is our food killing us and the planet? Learn how Yale experts are leading the charge to get healthier, more sustainable food on our plates. Join the directors of the Yale Sustainable Food Project, Rudd Center for Nutrition and Obesity, and Yale Dining for an informal networking session, catered by NYC's own Alison Eighteen, followed by an intimate discussion tackling some of the most pressing food-related questions of our time: How will we feed the world—and ourselves—without destroying the planet? How does sustainable food relate to individual health? The discussion will be open to your questions as well. Visit our website to register.
