Dear Australia21 subscribers

I am delighted to let you know that Australia21 has a new website.

It has been designed in response to your feedback and includes some new features

• Australia21's research is easier to find - either by subject matter under 'Our research' or in chronological order under 'Publications'.
• There are 'Young21' pages specifically for young people.
• It is mobile friendly.
• For the first time you will also have the opportunity to add comments on subjects that interest you.

We hope you enjoy the opportunity to explore the expanse of Australia21's past work and to see what we have planned for the future.

While we have worked hard to present the website to you in good shape - as with all new websites - there will be matters that require tweaking along the way. If you find a problem please let us know and if you have other comments or suggestions for improvement we would love to hear from you.

I would like to thank Virginia Walsh, who volunteered to review 10 years of research on the old website and rework it for the new - a generous contribution of over 40 hours work,  Angelo Paonne, who headed up the digital design team at Zoo Advertising - our website designers - the University of Melbourne whose sponsorship helped fund the project, and most of all, Australia21 Chairman Paul Barratt whose leadership and generosity made the new website possible.
