Autumn Newsletter 2013
Welcome to my latest newsletter. It has been an very busy summer for me on many fronts. As well as meeting deadlines for next year's book release I moved home again. Now my family is settled in I can move my attention to doing plenty of painting and completing my next new book. Some very interesting insights happened over the summer that needed to be included so its completion has been delayed by the colour edition of Gateway to the Heavens for good reasons. I am also privileged to be going on a trip to the Golden Triangle in India during November. A few of the participants had their visa applications rejected and one is ill so I am intrigued to see what is in store for those of us who are going. Spirit likes to keep life interesting by introducing the unexpected!

Gateway to the Heavens in colour
I am delighted to announce that Watkins Publishing Ltd is releasing a colour edition of my first book next spring.
At the Mind Body Soul Experience in Olympia, London October 25 to 27, I will be giving a FREE meditation CD to everyone who pre-orders and pays for a colour edition of Gateway to the Heavens.

Elemental Directions
Medicine Wheel contemplation
This simple drawing is a summary of the combined attributes of the Circle, Square and Elements. Every form of Being is interconnected, made of the Elements and acting out a role in the drama of life. The Circle binds all Being in time and focuses our attention on the central Moment.
Maybe a cake is the focus on a birthday, a flame or fire. Here it is the Elemental offerings made to each direction, directions that are afforded by the Square. Note the gap in the Circle allowing something or someone to enter in at that Direction and highlighting the Centre where everyone in the Circle's attention is focussed. This focussing amplifies the Intent of the group.
If you would like to try this set up, individually or as a group, try allocating air:east, fire:south, water:west and earth:north. Pamela Nine gives a simple summery of the meanings, animal totems and so on. Use this configuration to call in the Directions and gain a message from each.

London art exhibition
September 2013 to April 2014
Some 20 paintings are on display at Evolve, South Kensington, London. Evolve Wellness is a wonderful, large centre in the heart of the west of London. In this calm setting for yoga there is a packed schedule of a variety of talks and workshops to enjoy.
Painting above - Crystal flame: This is the ignited flame of the crystal pyramid of Atlantis hidden deep beneath the depths of the ocean.
