Kickstarter Shipping Continues
Last week we sent out a small test run of Dwarven Forge Kickstarter Game Tiles orders. Our goal was to ensure that our shipping procedures were working well. So far, so good! Here’s where we stand:
About 400 backers have either received shipments or will receive their product by Tuesday-Wednesday. Please keep in mind that most FedEx home deliveries are made Tuesday-Saturday.
Shipments East of the Mississippi: The majority of these shipments are leaving via truck throughout this week. These packages should mostly be delivered during the week ending October 25th. Tracking numbers should go out to these recipients around (or before) October 21st.
Shipments west of the Mississippi: These are being packed and dispatched gradually through this week and the week after from California. Tracking numbers for these shipments will be sent within 24 hours after shipment.
Shipments to US APO/PO Boxes: We will be shipping all backers with PO Boxes directly from California gradually within the next week.
Shipments to Canada: (FedEx) are leaving via truck this week and next week, and should reach most customers by the end of the month.
Shipments to Australia: (Toll IPEC), New Zealand (Pace Couriers and PBT), Japan (various carriers) and China & others (various carriers) are leaving toward the end of this week and should also arrive by the end of the month. Shipments to EU destinations (mostly UPS) are leaving around October 24 and should also arrive before the end of October. I apologize but I don’t think we’ll be able to e-mail tracking concurrently with these shipments.
Please allow a few extra days for these shipments to reach their final destinations. Thanks to all for your patience. We hope it’s worth the wait!
