PRYDES EASIFEED MASTERCLASS - DRESSAGE

On Friday 15th November, you can enjoy the Prydes Easifeed Masterclass, sponsored of course by, Prydes Feed. Featuring two fabulous Grand Prix riders Heather Currie and Donnerblitz and Susan Paix and Sheer Etiquette the class will be run by Brett Parbury who will work with them in warmup and share his wisdom and knowledge. Both riders will then ride their Grand Prix Freestyle test which will be judged by Mary Seefried, a FEI 5* Dressage Judge. Mary will give a commentary after the test to explain what she saw and marked. Also judging these tests will be Christian Landolt who is an FEI Dressage Judge and an Olympic Eventing Judge (SUI) and Helen Hughes-Keen from New Zealand. This Masterclass will be a fabulous insight not only into the Dressage brain of Brett Parbury, but also to hear what international judges look for and see when judging at Grand Prix level.

Don't forget that if you want to come along to the Polo but do not want to take the VIP option, the grandstand will be free to the public as will the Marketplace and the ARIAT Eventer's Bar ring side will be open to all those with Rider, owner, groom, volunteer or officials wristbands.. cash bar and food to go.!

VOLUNTEER INDUCTION DAY

Volunteers who have registered to help out at this year's event should all have received an email by now about the Volunteer Orientation and Induction Day on SUNDAY 10TH NOVEMBER. The orientation will be held at the Adelaide City Council Grandstand in Victoria Park at 3pm. You will have a chance to familiarise yourself with the environment, meet your Section Leader, take a look at the Cross Country course and receive your volunteer bags which will contain your shirt, and event entry wristbands. Following the orientation a barbeque and drinks will be held at around 5pm.

OFFICIAL SPOTLIGHT - CCI4* GROUND JURY PRESIDENT - DR ERNST TOPP

Ernst has been riding since the age of 12 and has competed in eventing up to CCI3* and in dressage and show jumping to intermediate level. Respected as an international Judge, Ernst travels the world, this year judging at the prestigious Badminton Horse Trials, and joining our own Event Director, Gill Rolton, as a Judging Official at Luhmuhlen in 2015. Ernst still competes on his own home-bred young horses and is looking forward to experience everything South Australia and our 3 Day Event, has to offer
