You read food blogs and nutritional articles. You know that
kale is good for you and trans fats are bad. You
could eat a little better and work out more, but you can walk up a flight of stairs without wheezing (loudly).
Buuuuut... it's hard to walk past that bowl of Halloween candy sometimes.
Then
someone brought in a cake for their birthday (you could hardly be the weirdo who won't celebrate).
And that crisp fall air just demands
a slice of apple pie! (Or two.)
You know what you need to do to be healthier -- that part is easy.
-
You don't want to turn into "that girl" who only eats salad and make everyone feel weird about ordering burgers.
-
You don't want to miss out on your mom's Christmas cookies or be hungry all the time.
-
You don't want to lose precious time with your partner to slave away at the gym.
You don't have to.
Being healthy isn't about punishing or depriving yourself; being healthy is about feeling good in your body and your life.
You don't need more information, you need structure and support. What are you waiting for?
