Hypnotic Restorative Yoga

Hypnotic Restorative Yoga is a sacred union of the powerful healing energies of hypnosis and restorative yoga- creating a safe and spacious internal atmosphere of positive transformation for psyche and spirit.
We cultivate a grounded, centered, positive psychological state through restorative yoga postures, guided imagery, hypnotherapy and meditative practices to transform body and mind toward greater wholeness.
John Rettger, a Yoga teacher and a doctor of clinical transpersonal psychology, guides you through a deep and blissful restorative yoga sequence creating physical openness and receptivity allowing the mind to soften and settle into the hypnotherapy practices directed by Ewa Litauer, a hypnotherapist, restorative yoga teacher, and Reiki healer.
No previous yoga experience is required. This workshop is especially beneficial for those experiencing stress, chronic illness, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, pregnant women, new parents, couples, women desiring to get pregnant, or those seeking to deepen their psychological and spiritual awareness.
