Know Before You Go!

If you have made a reservation on behalf of another party, please forward this email accordingly.

Dear *|FNAME|*,

We are so pleased that you will be joining The Industry and LA Dance Project for Invisible Cities tomorrow night at 10:00pm.

Please refer to the following instructions regarding parking and directions.

THE STATION
The everyday life of the station is a critical part of the performance, and the spaces are not closed to the public. Please remember that this is a working train station: do not bring valuables with you and be aware of your surroundings at all time. Please do not disturb the flow of traffic and others in the station.

ATTIRE
Please wear comfortable shoes as the performance is a mobile experience. The performance happens both inside and outside the station, so please dress warmly. We recommend urban chic attire.

GETTING TO UNION STATION
If you can, Go Metro to Union Station! Plan your trip at www.metro.net. Once you have arrived at the station, make your way through the concourse towards Alameda Street to the Old Ticket Counter (this is the private area closed to the public, next to TRAXX Restaurant).

If you drive, we recommend the Gateway Plaza parking lot, accessible from North Vignes Street, directly under the bus terminal on the east side of Union Station (where the FlyAway pick up is located). Parking here is $6.

ARRIVAL TIME AND CHECK IN
Please plan to arrive no later than 9:40pm. We will open headphone check-out at that time. Please check in at the Old Ticket Counter, next to TRAXX Restaurant and across from the Information Booth. We will have ushers available to direct you! Please bring a photo ID with you, as we will be collecting them in order to give you your headphones.

PERFORMANCE INFO
The performance will begin at 10:00pm. We can accommodate late arrivals, however, we strongly recommend you arrive with plenty of time to check out your headphones and familiarize yourself with the wireless technology!

The performance runs 70 minutes and you will be asked to return your headphones to the Old Ticket Counter where you checked them out.

DINING
TRAXX Restaurant, located right in the heart of the performance, is an ideal place for dinner before the performance. The bar will also be open for post-show drinks and conversation. Make reservations online at http://www.traxxrestaurant.com/reservations/.
