Dear Members,

WZCC-Mumbai Chapter is pleased to announce a visit to Vapi and Valsad on Saturday, 30th November 2013 and Sunday, 1st December 2013 with overnight stay at Udwada. The overnight trip includes a visit to Industrial Boilers at Vapi and Ecoplast Ltd. at Valsad. The trip is specially arranged to have fun coupled with valuable learning experience of how successful businesses operate their ventures.

Itinerary

Saturday, 30 November 2013
6.30 a.m. sharp Members will leave by AC coach from Sethna Agiary, Tardeo, (opp. Bhatia Hospital)

(Members will need to assemble at the coach site 15 minutes prior to departure)
6.50 a.m. sharp At Dadar (opp. Dadar Parsi Gymkhana)
(Members will need to assemble at the coach site 15 minutes prior to departure)
10.00 a.m. Reach Industrial Boilers, Vapi
10.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. Factory visit followed by lunch (courtesy: Ms Homai Engineer, Chairperson & Managing Director and Mr. Rohinton Engineer, Director of Industrial Boilers)
1.45 p.m. Leave for Valsad.
2.30 p.m. Reach Ecoplast Ltd., Valsad
3 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. Factory visit & tea/coffee/snacks break (Courtesy: Mr.P.P.Kharas, Chairman-Ecoplast Ltd.)
6.15 p.m. Leave for Udwada
7.30 p.m. Reach Globe Hotel, Udwada – Dinner at Globe Hotel and overnight stay at the same Hotel.
Sunday, 1 December 2013
10.30 a.m. Leave for Mumbai (after breakfast at Globe Hotel), Udwada
12.15 p.m. Reach “Parsi da Dhaba”, Talasari for lunch.
(Members are requested to select from Ala Carte Menu at their own cost).
2.15 p.m. Departure for Mumbai.


The subsidized total composite package cost for this trip will be Rs. 2,500/- per head (for non-AC room) and Rs. 2,850/- (for AC room) which includes lodging and boarding at Globe Hotel, Udwada, to and fro transportation by AC coach and packed breakfast and mineral water on the coach in the morning on Saturday, 30 November 2013.

Since the coach capacity is for 24 persons, only 22 members can be accommodated on “First Come First Served” basis. Members will be confirmed for the trip after receipt of payment (which is non-refundable). Kindly, therefore, register your names at the earliest.
