What: Take time out of the Christmas rush and relax, heal and renew yourself on this special day. Let’s remember our connection with the cycles of nature, moving out of the dark and into the light with the gradual re-emergence of the life giving Sun. Let us stoke the inner fire and light of our being. We will practice Kundalini Yoga for all levels (breathing, postures, a short meditation) for 60 minutes, then enjoy a 30 minute healing Gong Bath . Please stay for a chai (a tasty herbal spicy warming tea) and chat after this if you’d like to.
Where: West Dulwich, All Saints Church, Lovelace/Rosendale Rd, SE21 8JY
Gratuity: £15 (£20 on the day), including a warm chai and chat at the end.
What to bring: a mat and or sheepskin – anything to make it comfy for the last half hour, blanket, eye mask or similar to cover your eyes, and your friends/family are welcome too!
