Welcome to the November issue of Neurohealth News!

Wow! Can you believe it is nearly the end of the year? What a great year it has been. Have you got any holidays planned for the upcoming Christmas and School holidays? Holidays and even weekends away are such a wonderful way to take time out, relax and reward yourself and your family. Our lives can be so busy, it’s really important to take time to focus on the things close to you and important to you, like family and friends.

In this month’s issue we continue with our look into the brain, we discuss Osteoporosis and how Chiropractic can help and nerve pain, what it is and how we can help.

Until next month,

Enjoy!

Do you have Nerve Pain?
You may have recently seen an ad on television for nerve pain, so I thought I might shed some light on what nerve pain is and how it can be dealt with. Nerve pain is a product of entrapment or irritation of the nerve, somewhere along its pathway. Entrapment may occur between the bones of the body (from poor postural alignment) or from tightness in the fascial tissue. Irritation may occur from nutrient deficiencies or toxicities, diet or organ problems.
