One of the most important things we can do for our health is to learn how to counter a stress response with a relaxation response.  

Please join me for a Relaxation Skills Tele-Class on Monday, April 14th at 12pm EST. 

The Tele-Class will be approximately one hour in length, and
I'll be teaching three relaxation and stress management skills that you'll be able to use on your own, right away.   

Please know that I'm right there with you- living your best life while also experiencing and managing chronic health issues.
