Attention: LOCCS Voice Response System (VRS) Users

Effective November 1, 2013, a NEW voucher prefix number “501” was implemented for the SNAP Program Area in LOCCS, which is for projects awarded under the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program and Supportive Housing Program (SHP).

A general message is heard when a user first attempts to access the Voice Response System (VRS). If a user attempts to enter prefix “001” the following will be heard:      
  • The voucher prefix for Special Needs Assistance Program has changed to 5, 0, 1.
     
  • Please use this prefix for this and future drawdowns.
In addition to the general message on the VRS, the message below will also be displayed in eLOCCS to remind users of this change:
