Upcoming: DRGR Release 7.7 and Recent Updates for NSP Webinar - November 12, 2013 - 2 PM EST

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will be featuring a webinar on the DRGR Release 7.7 and recent updates. This webinar will focus on key enhancements and changes included in this release such as new functions for long-term reporting, the ability to edit and add to addresses, and new data upload functions for setting up vouchers and creating QPRs. Upcoming changes in Release 7.8 will also be previewed during this webinar. Time will be allotted for Q&A.
 
This webinar is intended for all NSP grantees, staff, and partners, as well as HUD staff and TA providers.

Participation Instructions

Registration: In order to join the webinar, you must first register by clicking this link: https://www4.gotomeeting.com/register/459572551. Complete the required fields and click Register Now.
 
You will then receive an email confirmation of your registration to the email address you provided. You have the option to add this webinar to your Outlook calendar. This email will also contain your unique link to join the webinar. This link is specific to your login and will not work for anyone else. All participants must complete the registration process in order to join the webinar.
 
Logging onto GoToWebinar: At least 20 minutes prior to the webinar start time, log onto GoToWebinar by clicking on the link provided in the GoToWebinar email, or copying and pasting the URL provided into your browser.
 
Once you are registered for the webinar, you should receive an email with your login on the day of the webinar for your convenience.
 
New users may have to run GoToWebinar/Citrix software prompt on their computer. Some users may need to enable pop up messages in their browser if prompted.   
 
Audio through Computer Speakers: Once logged into GoToWebinar, participants may listen to the webinar via participant computer speakers by clicking Mic & Speakers under the Audio tab. Participants will be muted during the webinar. We recommend this option for ease of listening.
 
Audio through Phone: If participants want to listen to the webinar through the phone, after logging onto GoToWebinar, you may click Telephone under the Audio tab. Call in using the phone number and access code provided. Note that the audio code is unique to each user.
 
Troubleshooting GoToWebinar: If you have trouble logging onto GoToWebinar, please contact Vincent Grady at Vincent.Grady@icfi.com or 703-225-2120. Be sure to leave a message if he is on the line with someone else.

Asking a Question within GoToWebinar: Throughout the presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. You may submit your questions via the Questions tab in GoToWebinar. Webinar presenters will read questions aloud and provide answers.
