Ladies Night Out: November 21

Remember Thursday, November 21 is Lakewood Hills Ladies Night Out at 7 p.m. the home of Donna Coker, 6950 Coronado. This will be our last Lakewood Hills Ladies for 2013, we'll resume back in January. So make sure to come out for the last one!

No need to RSVP, all ladies welcome - whether you're a member of the neighborhood association or not - bring a friend or a new neighbor and some munchies or drinks to share. Contact Emily Harwood for more information. Check our Facebook page for any changes.

I have to say I was cautiously anticipating the opening of the new Liberty Burger in the Lakewood Shopping Center. This is because I’m a fan of Hopdoddy (a similar burgers-and-shakes concept), but was hoping for a less cumbersome lining up-ordering-seating situation. But last week was the new Liberty Burger’s first open, so I popped in to grab a few burgers and fries to go.

We're looking for new block captains! Your job as a block captain is very minimal, pass out fliers about four times a year and welcome new neighbors to the neighborhood.
