Whats going on with the Gork?
Tiny Gork has been abit sluggish of late, the bootcamp completely drained energy when the editing started. What energy and momentum was left went into the R.A.Salvatore interview, the upcomming Warlocks Journal Contest hosting on www.tinygork.com, a new version of the Time Hunters Sourcebook.
Editing never stopped 100% but it was very slow, especially the entire start of the project was reworked. I decided to put the adventure hook and hooking process into the hands of the GM and start the Bootcamp adventure with the assumption that the hook and hooking has been done.
So while work on Tiny Gork slowed down enormously compared to how it's been rolling, i spent time recuperating. Playing some playstation and Neverwinter, spending time with my girlfriend and our family/friends and watching movies.
Future Plans
Time Hunters
I have started work on a new version of the Time Hunters sourcebook, which will have more content. This one will be a paid product and at the moment im still cooking on ideas for the extra content. If you read it and think there is some specific topics you would want to see covered i would love to hear from you :)
DriveThru bundle
The PDF bundle on Drivethrurpg.com with the Essential Shadow Council origins and Time Hunters has now been changed to a Pay What You Want product. The product has now been downloaded about 220 times and I want to test this new product type. I feel that it has been FREE for a good while now and this should be experimented with.
Bootcamp - Galens Gamble
When the Bootcamp adventure is ready, i plan on giving a discount to all customers who downloaded the FREEG's. More on that in the future :)
Essential Shadow Council origins #2
The next installment of the FREEG's series on the Shadow Council is also forthcomming, i am not sure i will get it ready for a December release though. But seeing it's part of the complete story im already working on, the content of it is sort of taking care of it self when i write. It's mainly the formatting into a PDF that is going to take alil time.
Shadow Council Timeline
I created an online Timeline for the Shadow Council and i have more ideas for that in the future. I have stuff like audio narrations and images on the drawing board. But they are all on the backburner, one thing at a time. I will let you know when there are more concrete developments on that front.
December
Warlocks Journal Contest
December will mainly focus on the Warlocks Journal Contest, it is a contest that is being shared by a group of Blogs. We each take turn hosting the contest and come up with our own monthly topic.
Topics can be about anything, first month was "items of power" and November was "Storm & Shield" where entrants could create the background story for the founding faction and/or it's rogue splintercell.
December is the month where Tiny Gork is the host of the contest. Tiny Gork created an image of a woman trapped in ice and the topic of the contest will be to use the image as inspiration to describe who, what, when, why and so on.
The winning prize will be to get one of your very own playercharacters featured in a future product of Tiny Gork. You and I will work together on inserting your own character into the future product.
