Thanks Giving
It is the season of Giving Thanks, and I extend my gratitude to each of you for your sharing your loving spirit with the planet. I hope you'll take an extra moment when counting your blessings this year to speak a word of gratitude for Mother Earth. From turkeys to waterfalls, from butterflies to pumkin pie, Earth is the source of all that sustains and nourishes us. I invite you to consider an idea of my sister-in-love, MaryBeth, who suggested that we all choose one gift we will give to Earth over the next year, something simple and realistic, like remembering to turn out lights or wash and reuse plastic food storage bags. Write your gift on a slip of paper and put it on your Christmas tree, your altar or another sacred place. Perhaps you will bury in the Earth or tape it to your bathroom mirror. Earth gives to us unconditionally and generously. It's time to Give Back and Give Thanks.
The busy month ahead, full of hope and promise, may also hold overwhelm and despair, whether it's because we do too much or because our loved ones are far away (physically or emotionally). When you catch yourself between tasks or between thoughts, give yourself the gift of a single Breath. Just. This. One. In. Out. It just might be the most truly precious gift you receive all season.
I bless each this day, this breath, this opportunity to share with you wherever we both are in this moment. Here's what's on my calendar this month. I invite you to join me, either in person or in Spirit. Wherever we are, we are ALL ONE.

They create products using repurposed and recycled materials. Team Green Light is currently accepting applications for membership. Email me for details.
The Holy Universe Book Club
Coming in January! Together, we will read and discuss the most powerful book for discovering how to Love Earth that I have read. The Holy Universe is a story that "breaths life into the cold, scientific worldview of the universe, transforming it into a living story of creation that speaks to the heart and spirit." We will be graced by a visit from the author, David Christopher. Message me for details.

Here are some sweet ways to Love Earth this month:
Healing Earth Circle Sunday, 12/8 at 10 am at Angels Point in Elysian Park. Let's gather together with Mother Earth, sending her our loving blessings and receiving her guidance. We will also be setting our intentions for Loving Earth in 2014.
My Earth Canvas ~ a playshop to re-discover your place in Nature. Come sample the My Earth Canvas at the Ahiah Holiday Bazaar and Craft Fair, December 1 from 1 to 5pm, 277 N. El Molino, Pasadena, CA.
