SWEET SUMMER SMACKDOWN

The fifth double-header of our sold-out 2010 season, Sweet Summer Smackdown marks the next-to-last regular-season bout this year. Make sure to buy your tickets early so you won’t miss any of the sweet derby

 Bout 1 (5pm) DSDG vs. RI Riveters
The ladies of DSDG certainly took it to the streets of Huntsville, Alabama, and brought back the Rocket City Rumble title AGAIN! Still celebrating their clean sweep of the tourney, Atlanta’s All Stars are pumped to take on the Rhode Island Riveters, who are still nursing their wounds from their loss to Bay Area at the East Coast Extravaganza tournament in Philly. They won’t get any sympathy from DSDG as the ladies from ATL bring the southern heat and send those carpetbaggers from RI packing.

 Bout 2 (7:30pm) Apocalypstix vs. Demin Demons
You don’t want to miss a second of this bout when the lethal ladies of the Apocalypstix will go up against the brutal Denim Demons. This is the last regular-season bout for each team and it promises to be one fierce battle since this could be the bout that clinches the spot in the Champ Bout in September. Will the Stix bring the Demon’s winning streak to an end or will the Darkness end the season undefeated!

Food and nonalcoholic beverages are provided by Shriners! And, the KING OF POPS will be selling super scrumptious homemade popsicles in the courtyard. Alcohol is bring your own - we recommend cans, but if you have glass bottles, you will need to bring plastic cups or purchase an ARG commemorative cup. Glass is not allowed inside the auditorium.
