Dear Friends
2013 is rapidly drawing to a close and the festive season is upon us once again. It has been a rollercoaster of a year, one that has brought me further healing and a better understanding of myself. I feel deeply grateful for all who have touched my life.
I would like to Thank You for allowing me to share your journey, for your trust in me and for having the courage to show me your weaknesses and strength; for the joys, pains and anguish that we experience through the miracle of healing. As you heal so do I, it is not by accident that we meet, we are here to help each other I am honoured by your presence.
What a blessing to be able to evolve at such an accelerated pace. This is challenging and not always pleasant or easy, I have found that the only way through any challenge is to stay present to our feelings, to acknowledge them without judgement and to simply allow the discomfort to pass. Resistance is futile and only creates suffering; if you have Reiki enjoy the benefits of this loving energy which helps to restore harmony. In no time you'll find yourself centred once again and grateful for having been given the opportunity to release another obstacle in your journey back to SELF.
