Apply to be an FHP Leader in 2014!
The First Year Honors Program leader position is truly a unique opportunity – not many sophomore-level students have the chance to lead and facilitate a class. Leaders take an active role in helping students adjust to life at Iowa State, and an experience like this can really round out all the technical experience on your resume. FHP leaders also help plan and run the FHP retreat in the fall, which is a ridiculous amount of fun. In addition, being an FHP leader is a great way of staying connected to Honors and making even more connections with the Honors community – you’ll get to know 70+ more students who’ll also be leaders with you. The application is due at 4:00pm on Wednesday, December 11. Interviews will be held the end of January/first part of February.
For more information and an application see the Honors website here: http://www.honors.iastate.edu/uhp/leadership.php.
